Friday July 10th 2026
Hotel Check-in & Registration
1:30pm- 4:00pm
Courtyard by Marriott Charlotte SouthPark- 6023 Park South Drive, Charlotte, NC 28210
Hotel Check in Begins at 3:00pm however we will begin Registration at 1:30pm in the lobby.
During this time we will have light refreshments distribute T-shirts and any other materials that were ordered.
Banquet Dinner
5:00pm- 8:00pm
Our reunion banquet is the heart of the weekend. A time to dine, reconnect, and celebrate our family roots. We look forward to sharing this special evening with you.
The banquet dinner will be held at the Charlotte Marriott SouthPark- 2200 Rexford Road, Charlotte, NC 28211 a quick 7 minute drive from the host hotel.
Cousin's Night Out
9:00pm- 11:00pm
Following the banquet dinner, there will be an optional Young Adult Night Out for attendees ages 16+ at District 57. Our group will take part in the 30-room challenge arena that includes physical, mental and skill based games so closed-toe shoes are required, and athletic clothing is recommended for comfort and safety.
Saturday July 11th

Day Trip to Concord Mills Mall
10:00am- 12:00pm
We will be visiting Concord Mills Mall where everyone can choose to either visit the Sea Life Aquarium or the Speedway Park.
Sea Life Aquarium is home to North Carolina's Only Underwater Ocean Tunnel where you can watch thousands of tropical fish, sharks, and sea turtle glide majestically overhead. There are 20 exhibits and over 1,000 creatures.
The Speedpark at Concord Mills offers racing entertainment for all ages. Each ticket includes 1 Go- Kart Race, 1 Round of 18 hole Miniature Golf, and 1 turn on each attraction The 110ft Fun Slide, 8 Story High Spider Web Climb, and Spider Jump.
We will meet in the lobby at 9:00am for a departure time of 9:30am.
Picnic at
Park Road Park
12:30pm- 4:00pm
Our reunion picnic is a time to unwind, reconnect and celebrate the joy of being together. Expect great food, games, laughter and moments that remind us why family is everything.

During the picnic we we also conduct the family meeting.
Jazz Night
6:30pm- 8:30pm
After a full and exciting day, unwind with us at a relaxing Jazz Night at the hotel. Enjoy an evening of jazz in a laid-back setting, complete with games light refreshments. This evening offers the perfect opportunity to slow down, connect, and close out the day on a smooth and soulful note.
Farewell Pool Party
6:30pm- 8:30pm
After a fun-filled day in the summer heat, cool off with us at the hotel pool for a relaxed family pool party. Whether you prefer to lounge by the water, dip your toes in, or make a splash with a cannonball, let’s enjoy our reunion sendoff together as one family.
Sunday July 12th
Church Service at
Silver Mount Missionary Baptist Church
9:45am- 12:00pm
Before we head home, we invite all family members to join us for Sunday worship at Silver Mount Missionary Baptist Church. This time of fellowship and reflection is a meaningful way to close out our reunion weekend and give thanks for the blessings of family.
